Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using TechLingo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

The service

TechLingo provides educational content and interactive exercises to help users learn technology and workplace IT terminology. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts

Signing in is optional. You are responsible for activity on your device and for keeping access to your Apple or Google account secure. You must provide accurate information when creating or editing your profile.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Interfere with app operation or other users.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Copy or redistribute lesson content without permission.

Intellectual property

TechLingo, its branding, lesson content, and software are owned by TechLingo and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any materials.

Educational disclaimer

TechLingo is for learning and general information. It is not professional, legal, financial, or employment advice. Always verify important decisions with qualified experts.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechLingo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time. You may stop using TechLingo by deleting the app or ceasing use of the website.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Subscriptions

TechLingo Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription sold inside the app. You can choose a monthly plan or a yearly plan. Both plans unlock the same Pro courses, including IT for Business and IT for Vibe Coding. IT Fundamentals, Categorisation, and Scenario courses stay available without a subscription. Signing in does not start a subscription.

The price is shown in the app before you confirm, in the currency of your store account. The initial Belgian storefront prices are €9 per month and €99 per year. Other storefronts may differ. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. TechLingo does not collect your card number.

A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. If you reinstall the app, use Restore purchases with the same store account to recover Pro access.

App stores

When you download TechLingo from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply to the download and to any subscription the store processes.
